  • High-quality exterior hinges are tested up to 2,000,000 cycles, dramatically reducing maintenance and downtime.

  • Locks, keeps, cylinders, closers, and operators each carry their own reliability metrics; origin and manufacturer matter.

Experienced Lithuanian manufacturers know that long-life doors require proven hardware and components; newcomers often get tempted by low-cost parts with uncertain provenance. Specification note: premium functionality (multi-point locks, reinforced hinges, pull handles, electric strikes, motorized or biometric access, smart controllers, etc.) and high-grade decorative panels will increase the unit price, but typically lower lifetime cost through fewer interventions and stronger warranty support.

Energy Performance (Thermal & Air Tightness)
